How we handle the information you send us, and what you can ask us to do with it.

This website is operated by INUBIZ MARKETING LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you complete the enquiry form we collect your name, email address and, if you provide them, your phone number, company name, selected service and budget range, along with the message you write.
- Information sent when you message us. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we hold that correspondence.
- Usage data. If analytics is enabled on this site, we collect anonymised statistics about pages viewed and how visitors arrived. This is used to improve the site, not to identify you.
Why we use it
We use the information you send solely to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and to keep a record of our correspondence. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and performance of a contract where we go on to work together.
We do not sell your data, and we do not add enquirers to a marketing list without asking first.
Who we share it with
Your data is handled by our own team and by the service providers we use to run the business — our hosting provider, our email provider and, where you have chosen to contact us that way, WhatsApp. Each processes data on our instructions. We do not pass your details to anyone else unless we are legally required to.
Where it is held
Enquiries submitted through this site are stored on our hosting infrastructure and are accessible to our team in the United Kingdom and Pakistan. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards for that transfer.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Records relating to clients are kept for as long as we work together and for the period afterwards required for tax and legal purposes.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct anything inaccurate;
- ask us to delete it, where we have no continuing need to keep it;
- object to or ask us to restrict how we use it;
- complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
