“At INUBIZ, we believe growth happens when clear strategy meets fearless creativity and reliable execution.”

He runs a digital agency serving Dubai and London from a valley in the Hindu Kush foothills. That is the whole story, and it works.

  • Based in Mingora, Swat — Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.
  • Freelancing since 2017, trading as a company since 2021.
  • Main market the United Arab Emirates, with clients in the UK and Pakistan.
  • A salaried in-house team. Nothing is subcontracted.

01Where it started

It started with search, in 2017

Abdullah Shah began taking freelance clients in SEO and digital marketing in 2017, four years before there was a company.

Starting in search shaped everything that followed. Search optimisation forces you to hold four things at once: a site has to be technically sound, the writing has to be worth reading, the commercial goal has to be clear, and none of it matters unless you understand what the customer on the other end is actually trying to do. A technically flawless page nobody wants to read will not rank. Content nobody can crawl does not exist.

That combination is what an agency founder needs later. Someone who only writes code builds a software house. Someone who only understands marketing builds an ad shop that cannot ship. INUBIZ was built to be neither.

The work drew offers from established agencies — the fork where most freelance careers end, because a salary is stable and independence looks like unnecessary risk. He took the other road.

02How it is registered

Two countries, one team

INUBIZ was founded in Pakistan in 2021. The second company came five years later, for a specific reason: international clients.

  • INUBIZ MARKETING (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, 2021 — the founding company, based in Mingora, Swat. This is where the team sits and where the work is done.
  • INUBIZ MARKETING LTD, 2026 — a UK private limited company, incorporated in England and Wales on 30 June 2026 under company number 17309858, registered office in Mildenhall, Suffolk.

By 2026 the client base had moved well beyond Pakistan, and that brought a practical problem before it brought anything else: getting paid. An agency billing clients in Dubai and London needs an entity those clients can raise a purchase order against, contract with under a familiar legal system, and pay into without every invoice becoming an international transfer question. That is what INUBIZ MARKETING LTD is for — contracting and payment collection for clients outside Pakistan.

It settles a second thing at the same time. A prospective client cannot easily assess a firm in a place they have never visited, under a legal system they do not know, reachable only through a screen — and the rational response to that gap is caution. A UK entity puts the contracting company inside a framework the client already understands, with a public record and defined legal obligations. None of it makes the work better; the team does that. It removes an objection that would otherwise end the conversation before the work could be judged at all.

The two entities are one organisation, not a referral arrangement. Whichever one you contract with, the same in-house team does the work.

03The deepest specialism

A specialism in UAE property technology

Within the Emirates, real estate has become the firm’s deepest specialism — and the choice is a deliberate one.

The UAE property market is serviced by an enormous, highly fragmented brokerage industry competing for the same pool of buyers and tenants. In that market a brokerage’s website is not a brochure. It is the shopfront, the inventory system and the lead-capture mechanism at once.

A buyer searching for a two-bedroom apartment in a specific tower finds near-identical listings across a dozen sites. What decides which firm gets the enquiry is the speed of the site, whether the filters work, whether the photographs load, and whether the enquiry reaches someone who replies within the hour.

Those are software problems, and brokerages are almost never software companies. INUBIZ pairs the public site with an admin dashboard the brokerage runs itself: listing and updating properties as units go under offer, managing an agent roster in a market where agents move often and buyers follow individuals rather than firms, and handling leads systematically — because property enquiries are extraordinarily time-sensitive, and a form that drops into a shared inbox loses deals invisibly.

Building for one vertical costs an agency addressable market and repays it in depth. By the tenth platform you know what a brokerage will ask for in month three, what breaks under load, and what an agent will actually use rather than what merely demonstrates well.

05Beyond the agency model

Building products, not just projects

There is a ceiling built into the agency model, and every founder meets it: revenue is a function of hours, hours are a function of headcount, and growth is therefore linear and fragile.

INUBIZ has moved past that by building its own software — a CRM platform, and Inubiz Book, billing, stock and accounting software built for the Pakistani and UAE markets.

The logic is strong for a firm with a vertical specialism. An agency that has built dozens of client systems holds something a pure software startup does not: a large sample of real operational requirements, observed rather than guessed at. It knows which features clients asked for repeatedly, which they asked for and never used, and what daily users complain about. Product companies spend heavily to acquire that information. An agency generates it as a by-product of the work.

06Why here

Why this is built in Swat

INUBIZ has served more than 150 clients across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and completed over 250 projects in Pakistan.

A firm in Lahore adding clients is participating in an established ecosystem. A firm serving 150 businesses across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is, to a meaningful extent, building one — bringing digital capability to companies that would otherwise have looked to another city for it, and creating skilled technical work in a province where ambitious young people have historically had to leave to find it.

A decade ago the practical answer for an ambitious young technologist here was to go — to Islamabad, to the Gulf, to wherever the work was. The alternative is to bring the work here instead: build the company locally, hire and train locally, and sell globally.

The websites, dashboards and CRM platforms are the visible output. The argument underneath them — that this work can be done here, to this standard, for these clients, permanently — is the part that matters.
